  1. Thanks for the offer Skezza, but ive no need for other cabs.
  2. Moving on my limited edition (no longer in production), MXR CSP099 Phase 99, in funky orange Sparkle, Bi Phase goodness. Its two phase 90s in one enclosure. Separate rate controls for each circuit allow you to create intense complex phasing. They can be run series (running one into another) or parallel (strereo setup needed for parallel) It acts as a single phaser in parallel when one output is utilised, or two in series, they can be ran with different speeds, or a handy switch syncs the speeds up, sounds really thick and adds a small boost. It also has the "script" switch (as per the EVH model) which is labelled vintage on this pedal, which changes the amount of resonance in the circuit. It sounds wild in parallel with an OC2, but im only really using the single circuit in conjunction with other pedals. Its in fantastic condition, with velcro on the bottom, no box. Some demos https://www.pedalsandeffects.com/blog/2016/8/16/review-mxr-phase-99 £115 including UK only postage
  3. 5 string Bass trades considered
  4. I will entertain Bass (Yamaha 425) or effects trades or p/ex on a Bergantino Forte
  5. Well not yet, got 1 12, still need to find another. Your setup sounds perfect 😍
  6. Just needed the yellow text, i see one of these in my future
  7. Ah!! Still a gorgeous bass!
  8. EBS Microbass 3
  9. Definately surf green, which is darker than seafoam. Stunning bass🥰
  10. I wanted this, and ill be in wallsend from Tomorrow, but i suspect itll be too big for a non driving, car sharer like me, ive gone for a couple of AE112, nut that 410 looks fantastic 😍
  11. Im commited to the changeover and going back to Bergantino cabs. So up for sale is my fantastic little 210, its very compact and one of the lightest cabs ive ever owned. 2x neo 10s and a piezo tweeter, very punchy and loud little cab, ive often used this on its own and it always sounds great. In fantastic condition with the MB official cover included (optional extra £60-70) Ive a 121H on sale too, if anyone buys both, ill throw in a Markbass gadget for angling the cabs. Part trades for Bergantino AE/CN 112 it MUST have a decent cover as i gig a lot, and be willing to post if not near Morecambe Sold
  12. Ooh, id love this, so cant afford it right now.
  13. Very lovely!! Proper 70's pickup spacing? I think it is! 😊
  14. So my power supply died on a gig last night, so coppering up for a new one. I got a 4 string set a while back, cut and put them on a jazz bass, they were on a bass thats precious so doesnt get gigged, so only noodled on. I took them off as they wern't for me, and put rounds on. I had a fretless 5 string jazz at the time so thought they'd be great on that, i got a Half wound low B and then promptly sold the bass, before i fitted the strings 🤣 they've been in my string box since. These strings as you'll know are roundwounds that are flattened and polished, they sound like flatwound strings to me, but have a slightly rough feel, which i believe goes away with playing. They are however flexible and tension is per roundwound strings, so much easier to play. 4 string set lightly used and cut for 4 string fender (with a bit of length) 100-45 B String, unused 130 gauge SOLD
  15. Up for sale is my fantastically dirty EHX Bass big muff Nano! Ive seen something i want and another fuzz is incoming, so this is surplus. Creamy, smooth, to raucious and sludgy, like a green Russian, also has the ability to mix 50/50 with your dry signal for articulation at higher gain settings. A classic fuzz in a small footprint. Its in as new condition, and comes with the box. Sold

  16. I had them once, and they were really low tension. Im getting some TI's i love them. Ive DM'd re the band
  17. I had these on my precision, they sound so good and have that rich creamy Motown thump that we all love. Ive just joined an 8 piece soul band, so will be playing the P a lot more, however wrist issues mean these are too tight tension wise. They are 105-45 and are nicely worn in (these dont have treble when new 🤣) the silks are quite frayed, but the strings will fit perfectly. Will take £30 incl uk only postage
  18. I want some new cabs, so up for sale is my newly aqquired Yamaha BB435. Its a downsized and exceptionally light Alder body (with some lovely bookmatching, will get a proper weight tomorrow) in a classy looking Tobacco burst. It has a very slim and shallow neck with a flat radius rosewood board, very comfortable to play, even with my knackered wrist. This is far easier to play than the 425 and 1025 ive had previously. It has the tried and true BB P/J pickups, which are more of a fender style which is great for modding (it doesnt need it) lovely sounding B string and a spot on 5 string P tone. It also features through body or top load stringing, a fantastic workhorse 5 for not much money. Its my last in and my other basses are keepers, so this has to go as im gassing for Bergantino goodness. Its in as new condition, it was bought new by a guitarist who never used it, ive not gigged or even rehearsed with this as a 75RI i bought at the same time is being used on everything 🤣 has a fairly new set of Daddario XL's on, light gauge. No gig bag came with this, but ive a tatty one ill include for transport, itll also be very well boxed. Im wanting £435 including uk only delivery. Would consider trades with Bergantino AE or CN cabs

  20. I borrowed one of these for a few days, incredible sounding amp, very touch sensitive and dynamic, the built in parallel compression is set just right. I wish id had the cash to buy one
  21. Im tempted to move on my 121H for one of these, shame you wont post.
  22. Fantastic basses! Very easy to play, they weigh nothing and have a very rich/warm vintage tone.
