love my sterling. I have a sterling and stingray and i like to compare the differences of the two as per the jazz and p-bass. One with a sleek fast neck and more tonal options compared to the fatter traditional set up. There is something beasty about the stingray that the sterling misses. May just be the size.

Hi Ive always found it incredibly tiring to play my usa sterling due to the pickup being close to the bridge as with all musicman's. My fav position to anchor is the neck pickup on a Jazz. Ive tried the floating hand technique or anchoring on the e string on my MM but i struggle with those. Just wondering if i was being weak or have others noticed it? Toyed with the idea of gluing a finger rest on the stratchplate but it looks odd on a MM. Cheers

I managed to get some of the super bright light nickels on 2 for 1 from string busters. i was ideally after the SS but they were out of stock. Be interesting to see what they sound like
