2. I don't see why not, but another 10 gets you a spare? PM me, if you still want, just then one? or both?
3. As New, a Proel Pro Series, seriously heavy duty speaker leads, 70cm in length. Cable uses 4mm conductors and has Neutrik connectors, current gear don't use these. £11.50 inc. p&p.
4. As New, a pair of seriously heavy duty speaker leads, both 1M in length. Cable uses 4mm conductors and has Neutrik connectors, I've no use for these with my current gear. £25 the pair inc. p&p.
5. As New, except the strap pin holes have been enlarged for Schaller strap lock fittings. These straps are 3.25" wide and made from some seriously thick carving leather, proper top of the range Levy strap. I found it too wide for me, these normally cost @ £65, but I think I paid a bit less than that. How's £25 inc p&p sound.
6. These are not new, but they might as well be, with just a few hours home use only. They were only tried, for my quest to find a set of strings with a particular sound, nothing wrong them, just having a clearout. They were fitted to Nordy Jazz, i.e. 4+1 style headstock, so they will fit a 3+2 headstock too. These cost @ £47 new, so how about £20 inc. p&p

8. If it had 5 strings, I'd be in the car, wallet in hand
9. Very lovely, almost my perfect bass too
10. A 5-string that balances perfectly, so probably another headless.
11. Oh man, it's so tempting. Never tried a 37" scale bass, it just might be too much of a stretch?
12. The green & white one I seen in Bass Gear was lovely, so this "dog" kicking about is a strange affair, also rather strange that such a poorly made bass was a shop demo. Glad the guy got his money back, AC's fault or not.
13. "Whilst were on the subject" Do the Stingray 5's neck dive? either the standard Ray5 or the slab bodied Classic?
14. Collected my new "red" PJB rig this week from BassGear, awesome bit of kit. Thanks for going out on a limb and getting it for me guys.
15. As per a previous posters comments. "I've also been sacked so someone could get their "best mate" in." "They were all bastards anyway."
16. BassGear in Twyford should be the first place on anyone's list, no snotty attitudes like some bass shops, just heaps of helpfullness & enthusiasum. BTW, they are nothing to do with me, I just been down there a few times now.
17. Nice one, BTW it be full of cockney ex-eastender dross now, its complete toilet, apart from the music "of course"
18. Out of curiosity, whats the string spacing?
19. On my quest for a 5-string with the narrowest string spacing, I've come across these particular models that appears to have a nice narrow spacing, i.e. 16mm or 16.5mm I've already got a "short-list" of possibles, to inc. the Ibby SR's, but I rather like the look of these. So if you got one, can you measure it up and if you know the FB radius, that'll be useful too. Ta
