5. Hehe, there a few Steves on here, but this is for Steve with the username Steve. After answering a wanted add i put up for a fretless neck, we ended up trading basses. My Aerodyne for his beautiful parts P-bass. He's a top fella to deal with, fast comms, friendly and packed the bass well. Thanks mate!

10.
No s**t!! Bet it sounds awesome though! :-)
Sounds alright! Just ordered another Bogdan pedal, the Mephisto/Polish Hate.
11. Everyone should re-read their first posts See how many have contradicted themselves, ive seen a few! Looking at you Kev!
12. Five to One - The Doors. Was having another go at learning stuff by ear, managed this and some oldskool hiphop tracks too, nice and easy stuff
13. Nice one Wayne! Even after petrol money itll still be worth it.
14. This is real messy because ive only just set it up. It goes Bass into the HA Modded Badder Monkey, with one signal going clean to the SVT and the 210 and the other signal going Bogdan > El Grande > LBM > TPL > Wah > B5R into the 1x15. Both Signals go through a presonus compressor.
15. not keen on the colour, but im gassing for an unlined!
I love my Digitech Bad Monkey. More overdrive growl than distortion though.
+1 Just got a BA Badder Monkey and its epic.
17. Phil sold me his HA Badder Monkey (what a pedal!!!!). He was friendly and prompt (moving house is a good reason for some delay ). Would deal with again!. Thanks!
18. Right now i want an unlined fretless 4'er!!!! Earlier this year it was a White/Tort/Mapl US Fender Jazz. And ill always GAS for a '75 RI Jazz till i get one.
19. Dont suppose you're from the Smokestack that played down in Kent on friday?
20. Ian bought the Small Clone i had for sale, he was great to deal with, paid fast and communicated well. Highly reccommended! Thanks!
21.
I've lost the manual for the Boss LS-2 and I need a bit of help here. I want to try two things with the two amp rig: 1- Run the two amps on all the time, one clean and add the effects just on the second one when needed. 2- Have one amp clean at all times and only kick in the second amp with the effects as required. Can I do it with the LS-2? If so, what are the right pedal settings for each option?
http://lib.roland.co.jp/manual/en/dl_06-10490/LS-2_e.pdf Hope that helps.
22.
I have had a look. It looks great with the rest of the gear. Really interesting set up!
Cheers Gareth, Just need to wait till monday till i can fire it all up
23.
Thanks for the feedback.
No problems mate. Ive put up a pic of the cab's new home in the gear 'porn section'
24.
thanks Gareth - the grille was a bit of a risk and really pleased how it worked out Getting great sound out of the Max at home and just need a bit of time to get that sound dialled in at volume (so many knobs )
No wonder you have your username as that! They go together really well. Heres my lastest: Its going to be a bi-amp set-up, but until i get the signal splitter box and test it out im not sure how itll be, but heres a rough idea: Bass ->Splitter -A-> Effects -> Ampeg B5R -> Eden 2x10 -B-> SVT 3Pro -> Alien Audio 1x15 My compressor is stereo so ill fit that in somehow. The Superfly could be a back-up. Total overkill for a non-gigging bassist, but i though 'Eh why not? Might come in use one day?'
