1. Another bump. The Mrs just found it in my home studio/our spare bedroom....
2. Keen for this, although I'm running the Great West Run in Exeter in the morning. Providing I survive, I'll pop along
3. I'm based in Exeter and I would be keen to support this. I can bring along a few treats
4. PM incoming
5. That link for pictures isn't working for me? Would love one of these - good luck with the sale!
6. Bump - this is reluctantly still for sale. Price drop to £800 plus shipping
7. PM for the PS-6 pal
8. That is fantastically helpful - thanks. I was looking to sequence the Minitaur using the Arturia, so: GR-55 into Minitaur into Arturia. I was also hoping that latency issues would be minimal as the tracking of the GR-55 (which I only use with MIDI, not bass/MIDI blend is very, very good). I suppose the proof will be in the pudding. I'm not sure if the GR-55 MIDI out is also a MIDI thru, but a MIDI merge box is an easy fail-safe.
9. Hi All, Looking for some help. I currently have a bass set up with the roland GK3B and GR-55 floor unit. Tracking is great and sounds are cool. So far no problem. However, I am looking to go deeper into synth bass and I have 2 questions: 1) Can I use the MIDI output from the GR-55 to send my MIDI guitar signal into a Moog Minitaur, and then plug the output of this into my amp. 2) If this works, how could I incorporate a sequencer (like the Arturia Beatstep) so that I can sequence/step/arppegiate this sound? Where in the chain of GK3B bass ----> GR-55 ---> Moog Minitaur----> Amp would the Beatstep go? Please note that I am not looking to play Keys - I just want to go further with the bass. Oh thanks
10. Gorgeous! Have a bump, I'd love this.
11. Now on hold
12. Lovely! Is it fretless? I can't tell from the picture. Good luck with the sale
13. To the top!
14. Hump de bump
15. SIGH - would love that VFE
16. Unfortunately a deal just fell through so this is now available at a lower price of £900. It's a fantastic bass, very hard to come by over here. Only selling to keep the Mrs happy, but will consider part exchanges.
17. Some interesting offers. Would prefer a straight sale, however will happily consider part exchange for delay/reverb pedals or anything a bit exotic.
18. BUMP and EDIT: That link demonstrating all the tonal configurations doesn't appear to be working (thanks Discreet). I am able to video requests if that helps (please not Bohemian Rhapsody).
19. Sorry - perhaps mods could move this to the amp section?
20. I've just been made aware of this. Check out the link below, surely some bargains to be had?http://www.peacockauction.co.uk/other/musical-instruments-amplifiers-and-speakers/online-timed-auction/2014-11-25
21. Beautiful! Is there a difference between the nut (or first fret) width between the two?
