    Hey Tom, that's a beautiful bass you are selling, but before you sell it, why don't you take it to a good luthier and make it hollow? If you remove a couple of pounds it should be easier to play. I have back problems too and now all my basses must be under 9 lbs.

    I play in a classic/hard rock band and one might think that they didn't like it. Wrong! My bandmates fell in love with my paisley bass. You should start lecturing your bandmates.

    Hi and thanks. I have the same, with an SCPB-3 (for a more modern sound) and was thinking of changing the bridge too. Great instrument, vintage aggressive precision sound, excellent Japanese craftsmanship and, most of all, b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l!
