so glad the look isn't ruined by having a maple back to the neck. Very nice bass - have always liked black basses. If i hadn't have just bought a peavey fury i'd have definitely had this at a very reasonable price. This model was my first ever bass (not that this is an entry level bass at all) and served me well for a few years.

MMM Bartolinis... (Cue Homer Simpson Salivation) I'm just around the corner too which is mega. Shame i sold my rig and now have nothing to blow it out of. So it's either buy a bass and run it through my TV, or buy an amp and use it as a door stop till i can afford a bass! Looking at a few others on here but i'm leaning towards this purely just for ease of collection. I'll get back to you about it
