  1. Hi @Woodinblack, any news on this subject please? If it's not possible can we ask a Mod to bump a wanted ad for us? Thanks.
  2. Hi @Kiwi - I don't have that 'bump this topic' button available with my login! That's exactly what I was asking about though. Cheers, Jon
  3. Thread resurrection!!! @Hamster, @Kiwi, @ped Chaps, is it possible to get the 'bump' button introduced on 'Items Wanted' posts please? Cheers, Jon
  4. @FDC484950 / All - I could very much be wrong, but, that commodity code you quote shows as Musical Instrument Cases - Click here for that page, Here's a link to the electric guitars page (at 2% Import Duty rate) - 9207.90.1000

  6. Sadly no. It had to be returned to the luthier for a warranty repair.
  7. Could well be this. I had a P bass that rattled up by the nut/1st fret area and it turned out to be the truss rod. Don't know about the 12th fret area though, sorry.

  13. Slipknot is about my limit too. Saw them at the o2 back in Jan 2020 and they were full on!
  14. I've never done irreversible mods but I changed the pickguard on a Fender Masterbuilt once! If you are really not bothered about ruining it's resale price then go for it if it gives you what you really want. Can't wait to see some pics on this subject!
  15. I bought a Barefaced One10 off of James and it was a fast & easy deal with great comms and delivery. Thanks and a highly recommended BC'er

  17. For me it was Slash and his band at the Underworld, Camden Town in 1999 (how the mighty had fallen at that time) It is a very small enclosed space where serious volume has nowhere to go and his crew cranked it big time!
  18. Cracking looking bass and the Sadowsky sound is one to be reckoned with IMO. I'm skint but someone's in for a treat. GLWTS.
  19. So, I joined the Spector club the weekend just gone! This one is a beauty and a great addition to the fold. Cannot wait to rev it up with a band!
