in fact i have just got a brilliant distored sound out of using the odb-3, highs about 9 0 clock, badd at 12, gain at 11, going into my zoom b2.1u at a slight overdrive setting, with small boosts for mids and treble, sounds brilliant

im always against lessons, because i think you'll be learning your tutors style rather than developing your own, but hey which ever you do, you'l still be slappin that plank

if you use the odb-3 PROPERLY, it is immensly better than a double muff will ever be
you know the odb-3 has a high freq and gain knob right?? have them set correctly and there will be none of the fizzyness everyone seems to jump on the bandwagon about
