I've just bought a bass where the body colour has seen better days. I contacted the manufacturers for some advice on revitalising the colour and was directed to this: Player's Kit Guitar Polish and Scratch Remover by Eternashine, with Cloth https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=Player's+Kit+Guitar+Polish+and+Scratch+Remover+by+Eternashine%2C+with+Cloth&ref=nb_sb_noss Now is this just expensive T-Cut or am I missing something? Any advice on alternatives?

I had one for a while - before taking cash out of your wallet have a read-up. Apparently there was a problem with the active pick ups and pre-amp which resulted in Fender stopping production.

I can't give any constructive advice other than TE amps are normally built like tanks and can be repaired. Your local amp tech could probably repair it for not much. There's a list of amp techs here: If all else fails the fellas down at Ashdown (most of whom worked at TE previously) can probably repair it. Good luck and welcome to the forum.

I had a JB2 Tribute for a while but felt it wasn't as good as the M2000 or the SB2 so moved it on.
