The main difference in my experience is that the Pahoehoes last much better and are not "sticky" to the touch in the same way as the silicone white strings. I think the sound is marginally better with the silicones, but the feel and durability of the Pahoehoes make them a no-brainer, for me. Weight is about 8.5lb, according to two scales I tried it on today (one a bathroom scales, and one a 25-lb range tension-type).

Overall length I measure to be 97cm (approx 38.3 inches). It fits a guitar bag. Weight I'm not sure of and can't measure easily (no scales). It feels very compact and chunky, but it's small so the actual weight is not great. I think it weighs about the same as my Yamaha BBN5, if that helps. It's certainly a lot lighter than my Vox Standard, but then almost everything is I'll try to sort out a proper weight tomorrow.
