1. You'd be better off sending him a PM - he's not likely to be watching this thread, given it's nearly three years old.
2. Withdrawn. And outdrawn
3. Ibanez GSRM-20, near mint. Black four-string, 28.6" scale. Bought from Thomann a while back and never used (original strings, needs a setup, etc.).
4.
Ahhh right. It's so obvious once it's been pointed out.
On reflection, I think you were close to it first time... it's a towel rail
5. It's for drying your socks, I think.

Owen - Feedback

Had some double-bass and cello bits from Owen. All as advertised, smooth transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Owen again. Thanks Mike
7. I have to say I'm tempted. I like the colour. It's obviously faded from the original red. Does anyone know how this colour will change in the future?
8. Pics on the link are working for me If I may: - this has a built-in amp and speaker, is that right? Does it have an output jack? - What's the battery requirement and lifetime? - where do you get strings for it? 25" is _short_... thanks!
9.
Was it deleted for the arguing - or by the OP for self-preservation?
I'm not sure he'd have worked out he could do that. He was new on TB, and probably on forums generally.
10. That looks tasty how does the "super detachable neck system" work? I can't see anything from any of the pics.
11. Sorry to hear it
12. pretty this is what my half-stripped Vox Standard is trying to look like sadly it's out of my range, but have a bump anyway
13. Bought a guitar rack from Mel. No problems, good communications. I'd have no problem with dealing with Mel again. Thanks Mel
14. I bought an Ashbory from Steve. All as advertised, well packed, all went well. I'd have no hesitation in dealing with him again. Thanks Steve
15. True... could lead to lots of acoustics getting squished
16. Traded for Geoff's Hohner five-string. Good communications, all as advertised, and a useful couple of hints about its controls. Nice guy. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Geoff again. Hope you like the SB310
17. Is it one like this? http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?q=guitar+rack&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&gbv=1&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=17094990346250784380&output=nojs
18. Bass Collection SB460. Looks to be in nice condition; not a million miles from me. http://www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/105107206
19. The main difference in my experience is that the Pahoehoes last much better and are not "sticky" to the touch in the same way as the silicone white strings. I think the sound is marginally better with the silicones, but the feel and durability of the Pahoehoes make them a no-brainer, for me. YMMV, naturally
The feel and tension is better than the standard white strings, some people say the sound is more fretless like than the upright sound of the white strings, personally they sound very similar but I'm going from memory as opposed to a direct comparison. Definitely worth a try though
20. Received a huge box of jazz CDs. All went smoothly with good communication. Now I only have to worry about finding time to listen to them all... Thanks Clarky
21. hmm... am I detecting a Blue Aeroplanes fan here? have a bump on the off-chance
