  1. Damn! Well, that gives me something to aspire to!! Love the style and the playing
  2. Hi Dan Thank you! I agree, they are incredible sounding amps. I love mine, and wish I didn't need to sell it. If anyone would like to make a sensible offer for the amp please get in touch Henry
  3. Hello Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Yes I have, please see the attachments. The front is unmarked. There are incredibly light marks to the top of the case, no proper scratches. Kind regards, H
  4. Very good thank you. Just had a quick glance at your website... some stunning looking instruments there!
  5. Hello Ooops, not sure what I was thinking there! Or perhaps I wasn't thinking :s All corrected now though! I have a few forum posts to read through now, see if I can find answers to my various questions before I get posting. All the best Henry
  6. Up for sale is my Aguilar AG500SC 500W bass amp. I have changed to TC, I love this amp head, but wanted the portability of the TC rig, and the the TC amp fits size wise. I wish I could justify keeping this, but can't afford to keep it with so little use. New this is going for £969 at the Bass Gallery, where I originally bought this amp. I have owned it for four, maybe five years from new. It has had moderate rehearsal studio/ home use, and light studio/ gigging use. It spent most of this time in a flight case, it is in very good cosmetic use, and it is working fine. I am looking for £500 (plus postage if that is required. Alternatively I live near Bournemouth for collection/ arrange delivery). If you have any questions please ask.
  7. Hello to everyone in Basschat My name is Henry, a rugby loving bassist (not the greatest combination!). What kicked off my interest in bass- two gigs/ bassists made me want to take up bass 1) Davide Mantovani (playing for Ingrid Laubrock), and Danyel Morgan (Robert Randolph and the Family Band- supporting Eric Clapton at the Royal Albert Hall). I worked briefly in NZ, during which time I stumbled across a review for Steve Lawson's Grace and Gratitude album, I contacted him about lessons on my return, and now 6 years down the line I am happy to still be playing, always trying to improve, never quite feeling like I am getting there! Musical loves- Robert Randolph and the Family Band, D'Angelo, Steve Lawson, John Lester, Janek Gwizdala, Gerald Veasley, Amp Fiddler, Antonio Forcione, Charlie Haden, Fat Freddys Drop, Trombone Shorty, Ben L'Oncle Soul, Jack Johnson, John Legend/The Roots, Maxwell, Gretchen Parlato, Esperanza Spalding, Buika... the list could go on for days. Looking forward to hopefully speaking to some of you guys soon H
