1.
The fact that the little rubber feet of my TC RH450 are only just wider than the carrying handle on top of the TC 112 speaker so that if you don't position it exactly one leg falls in the hole and it wobbles. And that the shift and mute button are next to each other. Oh and that it is very tight in the official TC RH450 bag so that the volume knob falls off. And leather straps with that stupid in out cross round thing at the end so they can't be adjusted easily. And Speakon connectors that only work one way round.
I replaced the TC gig bag with a gator 1212 mixer case.. works great.. and does not fall to bits either
 2. I got obbm on here to knock me up a couple..
 3.
My main concern is their lack of customer service. They refuse to own and resolve problems. The amount of wasted phone calls, promises of call backs etc. is what really annoyed me. As for their suppliers, that is their problem and not mine, they are happy to take my money but unable to deliver on their promise of "Excellent Service" when things go wrong. I accept that problems can and do occur, the measure of a company is how they resolve these problems and keep customers coming back.
Exactamundo..
 4. worth tadding a Barefaced Super12T to your list. . Works fine with my RH450/750 and Glockenklang Heart Rock..

 8.
Theres a 500w Ashdown ABM in the classifieds for £200 that Im tempted by, but unsure of a cab that would suit RE wattage, ohms, etc. As i say, Im lacking any clue as to what Im doing.
pretty much any cab.. theres a nice cheap aquilar 2x12 in cheltenham on here for £350 which would do the job luvverly..

 13. What does the bass smell of ? Mojo ? :-)
 14. More seriously the amp is only one part of the chain including the player.. Ashdowns can sound superb or like a tub of flub .
 15.
Hey. . . you're looking over my shoulder?!?
Yup :-)
 16.
OK, woolly to me means muffled and lacking in definition. Like music heard through a wall.
you mean vintage

 18.
I thought piling up barefaced cabs of different speaker sizes with different cloths and badges upside down with the amp head being the largest box perched on top was advised by most users looking at the BF threads?
Now now :-) my S12 sits perfectly on my compact:-)
 19. Location? (Mobile version does not show)
 20.
I have two Trace Elliot AH-300-SMX heads - one spare in the event that #1 has to go into hospital. I have a Quilter Bass Block that I intend to use for rehearsals and to gigs as a back up. I have an ancient dusty old Peavey TKO-80 in my 'office' that I use for home practice and that my cats use as a scratching post. Not turned up very loud. Two Barefaced Supercompacts One Barefaced 110 for quieter rehearsals and possibly smaller gigs. What I don't have any more is GAS for anything else, remarkably.
How are you finding the Quilter?
 21. If the other guys won't share the load then you've done the right thing...
 22. Domestos - given some of the gigs I've played recently :-) leaves lovely waxy finish of dead skin :-)
 23. I see a lot of focus on here on how many basses folk have, but have we considered the dark side of how many amps and cabs we own... I'm guilty - I own more amps than basses - they're not dusty old relics, they're amps I would consider using anytime for rehearsal/gigging..I also have old ampy stuff that I would not put in this category,., I'll start the ball rolling.. 1. RH 450 2. RH 750 3. Mesa Prodigy 4. Glock Heart Rock... I also have more cabs than basses, but that is a different thread to start :-)
