  8. REDUCED! NOW £155! Here’s my 1990 green label CE-2, in great condition. It makes awesome chorus sounds, and will continue to do so far longer than any plug in (ooh, controversial! 😂). I’ll even post it within the UK for free! I must be mad! Cheers!
  9. This seems to be the future with big set ups, no backline at all !
  10. When they resurrect the Big Al (HHH) bass, let's talk.
  11. Sure, plenty of people think they're ugly, but I can't remember how many times I've heard people say looks are the least important thing when considering a new bass. Other than that, I usually won't even pick up a bass and plug it in for a trial run if it doesn't catch my eye, and when it comes to Musicman basses, I think the Bongo is their best design. Of course, there are some basses do find ugly.
  12. They should just add the end lids like this... Ie no need to alter the abm, just add 2 clippable ends on. Lightweight, easier to use, looks cool.
  13. All excellent condition. Obviously case is showing marks from use. Also selling the pedals that were attached to this.
  14. Should be able to offer courier delivery once I source packaging materials
  15. Sure! - 34" scale - 19mm spacing at the bridge - No idea of the weight at the moment, so I'll have to weigh it when I get home, but for now I can say that the bass feels very well balanced on a strap. 😉 Kind regards, Don
  16. 2nd that! For me it was the pinnacle. I've got loads of other more "conventional" basses one way or another but when the time comes, my L2 will be the last to go. That said, I liked this when we first saw it a couple of years ago but not a particular fan of fanned frets or indeed, monorail bridges.
  17. Yea previous owner cut it out to fit a pull bar . still prefer the look minus scratchplate. this bass suffered from serious neck dive due the long scale, i made an adaptor as i did with my spirit headless. its made from a pinch spanner, completely cures the neck dive and can be removed if needed.
  18. Hi Chris, Seems I don’t automatically get a notification when someone replies! I’ve PM’d you the number. Terry

  20. They don't do a bad job of it; I could cope with the visuals but ventilation could be an issue
  21. Ah ok, thanks. I can see the point of that but personally, full parameter editing would be much more useful. Especially if patch organisation via the pedal is going to be a thing (since I would never use 99 patches for unique voices, I'd just arrange the banks to suit particular sets)
  22. This was bought for a project that suddenly found itself without an endpoint, so I'm clearing out. It was fitted to a bass and then a few weeks later removed. No marks, fully working (obv). Comes with all the gubbins. Per EMG: 'The HB was developed for Steinberger Sound for their infamous headless bass. It is a ceramic P-Style bass pickup in a guitar humbucking housing. The ceramic magnet adds presence, punch, and loads of output. It is recommended for bass guitars with a string width of less than 2 inches.' Here's the full data link: https://www.emgpickups.com/hb.html IIRC it was around £90, so how about £55 pick up (har har)/£60 posted in the UK?
  23. Lekato Transmitter/Receiver running 5.8Ghz, so well out of the problematic 2.4Ghz range. Fully working, you can run this one way from a mic to the desk (it's XLR connectors) or the other way round from the desk to a headphone amp like the Behringer P2. I've lost the dual USB charging lead, but they'll come with a single one, and they're ubiquitous these days (except in my house, apparently). Here's Lekato's blather, which focuses on the mic -> desk usage, but as I say they work great the other way round, too. https://lekatodeal.com/en-uk/products/wireless-5-8ghz-microphone-system-plug-on-xlr-transmitter-receiver £80-ish new now, so how about £55 pick up/£60 posted?
