Where can I get some decent bass sized straight edges?

As per my title - I'm looking for a couple of straight edges, suitable for bass. I've tried searching online and eBay, and despite including the word "bass" - the search comes back with guitar sized straight edges.

 

Ideally, I need a notched 34" edge, but ideally I want a plain (non-notched) straight edge too. I've looked at Toolstation, but couldn't see anything suitable. Any links to known decent suppliers are very welcome.

We use steel rules at work occasionally like this, you can get different types and sizes, not sure if this is what you’re looking for

I had looked at screwfix - don't know how i didn't spot that. Looks like it would do for a non-notched edge anyway

I have a Crimson Guitars notched bass version, not cheap but will do pretty much every bass scale length and is all you'll ever need. Annoyingly I had to round off one of the top corners (near the hanging loop) as it was fouled by the wood behind the nut on my 35" bass:

You can also make your own notched straight edge out of a regular one or a steel ruler

I’ve put two different makers long metal rulers side by side and they didn’t line up to each other (using the cm/mm), something to check if possible.

I don't know how "good" it is, as I've only owned one notched straightedge in my entire life, but what I can tell you is that the fret levelling job I did with it turned out fine!

I’ve also got the hellfire one - they have their own website as well as selling through eBay. Absolutely fantastic company - they custom made me a radius gauge for my Stingrays. British company too… support local!
