Nothing on the Fender website, nothing on stores in the USA, nothing on the usual European suspect but.... our good Czeck friends had a major leak 🤣

Vintera II basses available at Kytary.com!!

Don't waste your time to search for the sunburst P tough.... it's on the way to my home! 😂

Apparently while there's nothing to Fender website, if you insert on the Fender lookup page the serial number taken from the Kytary pics you get the full spec of the new serie.

I should be the very first guy on put the hand on one of these...

I had made my mind up on getting it in green but I'm actually liking the Vintage white more now.

That's actually a fair bit cheaper than I was expecting.

Given the current prices on top tier MiM Fenders such as the JMJ Mustang, the Mikey Way Jazz and the Mike Kerr Jag I was expecting these to be £1,200+

If they do come in at around a grand then I think they will be super popular. Official release date is rumoured to be the 19th so we might find out soon.

When I looked again at the Reverb link I noticed the seller was in the US, so UK prices still not confirmed.

Fingers crossed though. I want that green Tele Bass.

Guess my own thread deserve a word on that Vintera II Precision from the very first european batch I put my hands on.

But my love for Shirley Manson impede me to use her band’s name to properly describe that bass.

Returned after 5 minutes.

I’m done with Fender and this nostalgic nonsense… FMI, your past laurels won’t be anymore an excuse to take my money and givin’ me some stinky poo vaguely resemblant of a musical instrument.

Bought the best Stingray my money could buy and call it a day.

Theyre kicking the derrière of a used US P surely with the prices?

I don't get it.

Yes, they're basically the same as the old Mexican Classic Series. Fender have just changed the name to give the illusion of something new, at a higher price than the old range. Just as they did with the Deluxe, Elite, Ultra - same bass different name.

Although I'm not knocking Fender for doing it, if they didn't induce us to buy basses we didn't really need, they'd go out of business real quick.
