Im getting involved in a new project where a jazz set up with some groundwounds might be the thing. I really like the green one. So seeing your comment has made me think yeah why not. I swapped out the stock tone and volume for an EMG HZ that matches the pickups. And removed the scratch plate. Baloney Balderdash Posted February 25 Share Posted February 25 The bassplayer from Khruangbin plays a SX Jazz Bass as her main, though with the stock pickups swapped for some higher quality ones (I forget if they are Seymour Duncans or DiMarzios, but one of those two).
