I once depped on drums for a reggae band thinking it would be a piece of pish... It wasn't just difficult, I found it impossible. Reggae bass lines are, likewise, bastards. I've ended up stripping it down and counting the old 1e+u 2e+u and seeing exactly where the notes fall.
