We all knew that we're fundamental to any decent band anyway didn't we? When I say "we" I mean to include double and synth bass too. Hugh Banton took over bass duties in the studio after Nic Potter left and played the bass pedals in concerts). Which leads me to point out that there is bass on Doors records.
