It has the same front still, but the version now being sold is called the One X and went from 12 to 18v... I assume due to some headroom requests. It's easily my fav chorus I've ever used. Edit: I should add that I've tried this pedal on 9v and 12v as well, and honestly don't have any headroom issues doing so. I'm interested in what made you ask the question? Have you read other comments somewhere about there being headroom issues? Edited October 16 by pantherairsoft 1 Quote
JPJ Posted October 19 Posted October 19 Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better sound than this combination gives me. I’m a huge fan of gentle compression when playing live and the Empress just gets the job done. The nerve centre of tone is the Jad Freer Capo which is just lush to play through, and then the Phil Mann with bass in mind version of the SushiboxFX Finally DI pushes out a lovely fat warm valve DI to FoH. The Thumpinator is there to protect my amp (I love this little box of tricks) but as I’m now almost always using IEM’s the amp is almost becoming redundant. 12 Quote
Sibob Posted October 20 Posted October 20 Was trying out the Duality for the first time last night, needs some slight tweaking/dialing-in, but I think it’s a keeper. Really starting to get to grips with the FJBOD too, really cool tones different to what I get with the BB Pre. Si 12 Quote

I'd put the POG2 before the Big Muff, as the Muff will affect the tracking on the octaves. Experiment with chorus before and after the Muff, it makes a big difference! 2 Quote
