It's brown through age but upon removing the pick guard I discovered it's original delicious red wine colour. Hope you approve. Andy Also - when I took off the pick guard, I also discovered an early owners name and address in Edinburgh scratched in along with 1976. How nice. Means that when worn, the bass tips forward (probably forced by my single six pack). Would you move it? I'd rather but a. Don't wanna desecrate it and b. Not sure where to? Upper horn? Back of heel?
