Ha!

You guys! :D

You don't sniff it and it is not "essence of snake"!

I bought some from a guitar show, ages ago and having got half way down
that bottle, I bought two more when I went to another show.
I guess I must be on the last bottle now.

It works like Fast Fret but seems to last a lot longer - certainly all the way through
one set - quick wipe in the break and you're off again.

It also protects the strings - sometimes it may be 5 or 6 months before I will
open the case of the next victim and the strings are just as I left them, having
applied this "snake oil" ;)

I would just like to get hold of some more.

Cheers. :)

Wow, i swear I used to have a bottle of that. Gotta be fifteen years ago though. Packaging reminds me of elites strings back in the day

Errrrmm, I can see that most are not taking this seriously. . . :P :P :P

At least one of you remembers it. :D

Surely someone else must have used some of this?
I think I bought the last lot 3 or 4 years ago ish.

Looks like I'm now on a mission to find something else like it.

I'll keep you posted.

Cheers. :)

I'm being dead serious lol. Exactly the same stuff, same bottle, when I was still at school ( 37 now) I'm sure of it. :)
I've a stack of old bassist magazines I'll have a root through when I get a sec I bet it'll be in there.
