Musicman20 Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 Hi all I am soon to pop to York for a few days, and I'll have a hire car, so as well as getting a few days break from work, I can also pop to any close music shops. I know the majority of bass specialists are down South, but is there anything near York/Yorkshire area/between York and Newcastle? I'm fairly sure there is/was a specialist high-end bass specialist shop in that area that was run by someone who was also a member on here? [/quote] Yes, I was in there last week. Very underwhelming. Some nice guitars, but the only vaguely interesting bass was a big Gretsch semi-acoustic thing.
