New Bass Day!

I really really really like Westones! I like the shape, the sound, the lovely Japanese-y early 80's vibe they have. I've had 6 so far and this new one I bought off the bay is easily my favourite!
XLR input, great sound, really liking the phase reverse on this one - seems to have more effect than previous Westones I've owned.

Anyway, here's some pics:

These are real "sleepers" - far better basses than they're given credit for..like BillyApple my first bass was a Thunder 1A..from an esthetic point of view I find the headstock to be ust a little too big...a minor niggle for what is a great bass..I can't wait to find one with a broken headstock so that I can fit the headless system I've got tucked away..

Fab looking thing, never had one but remember them. Do you mind me asking how much that cost ?

£275 plus the postage. Which is about average I think, one went for £211 a few months back and one a couple of weeks ago for £364.

To get this quality in a new instrument though you'd have to spend a LOT more.

Edit: they weren't as nice as mine though - and mine has the LED on it which I haven't seen on any others!
