Unfortunately the discussion will always get around to Clint and it did. Would have liked to have heard something from the new album rather than the live footage. Still a bass player on BBC news is pretty cool.

KE came across as very level headed and easy on the ears.
Pretty laid back character i thought.

I always thought so too.
I particularly like the soundtrack he did with Eastwood Sr. on Million Dollar Baby. Understated and beautiful i thought.

He gave his bass a right good slappin' when Plux and I saw him last year, bloody good gig and came across as a totally excellent chap.

I'm not a jazzer by any means but damned good music is damned good music, and the playing was phenomenal.

Yes, but if he wasn't Clint's son he wouldn't have been asked on BBC Breakfast in the first place, no matter how good a musician he is. Celebrity sells.
