    Thanks to both of you for your replies, I think you might be right Andy, ikay the hole is very small on back of the saddle so could be tricky. I'll keep thinking about it. Andy hope to see you at the South west bass bash later in the year if it happens. Thanks again both Derrey

    Has anyone had experience of removing the inserts from these bridge saddles without damaging them. I want to use the piezos in a bridge I'm making. Any help or ideas much appreciated. Derrey

    Just bought another Peterson Strobo-clip, very accurate and works well even in noisy environments. As Danuman says very good for intonation. Quite pricey but I think worth it. About £50 ish

    They must be sharp you vary the angle to alter the cut depth. Can be very subtle or take quite a bit bit off very quickly. I use old wooden ones they seem better than the metal ones.

    Hello Jez, I use spokshaves for carving necks. Got them in various sizes.
