1. I just bought a TC Flashback from Andy, it's exactly as advertised or even better, as new, endless hours of FX for me now A real pleasure to deal with, great communication, superb bit of kit, original packaging etc. & posted exactly as promised, just great as BC deals should always be, no problem at all . Cheerz, john
2. Well maybe then & the answer = >1.22 billion at the last count. Good luck!
3.
- - - (Not that I'd order a Fender unseen due to their shoddy QC of course.)
With that attitude why bother even looking at them
4. You really think you're going to get a genuine original Finnish/USA made product, cheap - from India?
5. Cream - Jack Bruce a great source of influential material. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtWzR5RkB3U
6. http://www.guardian....vor-grills-dies WTF happened there?
7. Please make sure all your pick ups are well away from the wire wool at all times - preferably wrapped up tight in a plastic bag - last thing you want is thousands of tiny strands of it stuck all over your magnets! Vacuum the body & the whole area before unwrapping your pick ups. Best keep all the electrics out of the way too, pots don't take kindly to ingress of bits of steel. Cheerz, John
8. No no no no no no no no - yes you're right
9. Another deal with Charla, I supplied a P-bass loom, again he's a real pleasure to deal with, great comms & instant payment - a perfect BC'er Cheerz, John
10. Down a bit on the price list comes the Highway One P-bass, very highly regarded, if you're going for a 2nd hand, worth keeping an eye out for. The new American Special P I'd like to try, good VFM I reckon. The American Vintage basses are/were apparently made in the 'Custom Shop' so they do get that bit extra attention to detail. I've tried some Pino's & as much as I'd like one, can't justify the asking price.
11.
Fender American Vintage series. Either '57ri or 62ri actually Ive not heard a bad word about the pino signature P
+1, I don't think they can be beat, unless you don't like Fenders of course. '57 for Maple & '62 for rosewood Bad word about Pino's = why do they have to make the bridge so rusty?
12. You didn't do that for Seasick Steve did you Tom? Looks good
13. I sorted out some Jazz wiring for John, he's a true gent & a pleasure to deal with as many have said before. Cheerz, John
14. Greg ordered a replacement electrics kit for a Telecaster which I supplied, great comms & instant payment, a real pleasure to deal with, no hesitation in recommending him. Cheerz, John
15. Google suggests they're around https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Squier+Vintage+Modified+Jazz+sunburst&oq=Squier+Vintage+Modified+Jazz+sunburst&aqs=chrome.0.57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
16. Just about the same on my AV '57 too
17. Just measured my AV '62 Jazz sitting next to me & it is set with each string at 20mm almost exactamundo, on the standard Vintage style Fender bridge with the screw saddles.
18. R.I.P. Reg, that's all
19. A standard Jazz circuit like: http://www.seymourdu...c=std_jazz_bass is all you need. If you want a kit made up for you give me a shout Welcome to the machine BTW Cheerz, John
20. Subscribed looking forward to this
21. 33&3/4" might be all you need, or not! Measure exactly from the nut to the 12th fret & double it, should be close!
22. I made a Jazz bass wiring kit for Mick, great comms & instant payment, a real pleasure from start to finish, highly recommended to deal with. Cheerz, John
23. Personally - I love tort & I love pearl - there's only one way to sort this - - Fight --! But seriously think the tort goes with rosewood & not with the colour fretboard above, Cheerz, John
