  1. BA55 TlT would be more fitting for me.
  2. Try It, You'll Like It · Marvin Gaye
  3. Reflection - Christina Aguilera
  4. Durham Town - Roger Whittaker
  5. Becky Baldwin is one of the finest musicians I know, she's a superb bassist with a whole bunch of great projects both past and present. She depped for me a few years ago and I'm bloody lucky the band didn't offer her my job permanently Her highest profile current bands are Fury and Hands Off Gretel. Being female she's had to deal with a lot of unnecessary get-em-out crap over the years -- sadly it seems to be an occupational hazard for female musos.
  6. Yes! AMAZING live band. I saw them at the Thekla a few years back and Miles announced that they definitely would not be doing "that f***ing Dizzy s**t" They did do Size Of A Cow though, and the live version kicks the daylights out of the recorded one in terms of energy.
  7. Sky Arts HD right now, 'Classic Albums'... Queen's Night At The Opera.

Love it! The sheer variety on that album is astonishing.

I liked that they concentrated on tracks other than Bo Rhap, but I was disappointed that they didn’t say anything about Prophet’s Song, my favourite Queen song.

  8. Pretty Vacant - Socks Pistols
  9. Who are we to argue with Leo..?
  10. De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da - The Rozzers
  11. To my mind it is. Stevie Wonder's songbook is chock full of absolutely superb songs, whereas IJCTSILY is syrupy throwaway bollócks.
  12. I'm Going Slightly Mad - Queen
  13. Loco in Acapulco - Four Tops
  14. Doctor Doctor - UFO
  15. The Clap Clap Song - The Klaxons
  16. Three Is A Magic Number - Blind Melon
  17. Heaven in my Hands - Level 42
  18. Poison - Bell Biv DeVoe
  19. When your work laptop crashes and has to be rebuilt, and you subsequently find that the cloud backup system imposed on us by the IT dept hasn't actually been working. Months of data, documents, specs etc. gone. I don't know where to even start.

Managed to resurrect some stuff, thankfully. Everything I've been working on for the last 2-3 weeks has gone though. Absolutely gutted. If there's one thing I absolutely hate, it's having to do something twice through no fault of my own. The company will be buying me an external drive this afternoon, whether they want to or not.

I was just listening to the Dean Martin - "That's amore" video on @SpondonBassed post and automatically went into "when your worktop laptop crashes...." when I saw this....
