3. I have 4 ….1 with tape wound strings , 1 with flats , 1 with rounds and 1 with nickels which is also fretless … and I need another one for a set of half rounds that aren't earning their keep ….
 4. Too many to choose from really , but - Width of a Circle , Eight line Poem , Andy Warhol , Letter to Hermione … So many superb songs that made a huge impact on me when I was a kid and that I still listen to today ...
 5. Pick all the way through with muting instead of finger picking ?
 6.
Hi all, If I may, I'd like to throw in Chris Glen - most influentially (for me) when with the Sensational Alex Harvey Band, but has also done stints with MSG and other miscellany.
Beat me to it I love Chris's playing with SAHB , 'Hot City Symphony ' brilliant stuff . I'll add Alan Lancaster from the original Quo line up too .
 7.
Was les Dawson a bass player also? Sometimes I think we must be related .
9.
William.Mysterious from The Rezillos. Check out Can't Stand The Rezillos for evidence.
Definitely ! Pete Farndon - The Pretenders
 10.
+1 Most people play too much anyway. Mainly to hide the fact that they're rubbish. In my opinion. Listen to Free playing live for a lesson in restraint and space. They seem to have no means of support and sometimes it only just hangs together, but it's brilliant.
Bloody Fantastic ! The epitome of ' feel'
 11.
Following on from the Jaco thread... Rush are another band I have never heard. Any suggestions? I could do with something to listen to on the way home tonight...
Moving Pictures and Permanent Waves definitely
 12. Down Down - Status Quo Rock Bottom ( Strangers in the Night version ) - UFO It's a long way to the top (if you wanna Rock'n'Roll) - AC/DC Feel Like Makin' Love - Bad Co

 16. Anyone know anything about them ?
 17. I want something to fit in the position (almost ) of a Gibson mud bucker , but smaller in size , if possible something close to the power or sound …..I'm not techie at all , does whatever K equate to power/volume ?
 18. I have a Shuker Bass with 3 pickups , a P/J with a 51 up at the neck . The 51 is up close to the truss rod cavity , so pretty much where the fidelitron is in the Coronado . Ive had a look at the TV Jones , the resistances are 4.8k-bridge and 4.0k for the neck .
