I’m sure @Al Krow will be along shortly. if you think of the stuff Nathan East plays on, from Fourplay to Phil collins, he has to cover a lot of sonic ground so I’d assume these basses can do a fair bit of everything - and a covers set should be more than happy with this bass.

It was Life Cafe, latterly Chicago Rock Cafe and now something else I can’t raise the energy to remember. I attended up until the RNCM shows and then the last one was Marcus Miller at the Band On The Wall - I was due to be the meet and greet for MM that year but through some twist of nonsense I ended up not attending at all. Bought a load of strings to do all my basses...not an inconsiderable spend. GAK shipped using fedex, “cool” I thought “fed ex guy knows where I live”. nope. Big box of bass strings “delivered” to someone, somewhere, but not on my street (only 3 houses on the road) - I’ve checked the bins, the garage, the garden...no card left. BRILLIANT.

Neil bought another bass from me (think this is number 3) lovely bloke. He’s obviously starting an Andy Travis museum of some sort 😂
