    Well, I didn't want to put a price on it as I know cash is tight, and people are moving their old basses on to get their new ones - but then I end up with a Trade thread where the singular interest is for a sale. Guess I called this one wrong! I'll give it another week and then add a cash price.

    My only complaint about the girl is that she came across as a real shithead on Radio 4 (the staple radio station in the Shuker workshop) whilst working with Jon last week - she made a great play about being a singer on the "underground scene" prior to her success, when asked about how she'd made her breakthrough; and then spent the rest of the interview being alternately patronising and vacuous. Which was a shame, as I quite liked the tracks they played. Very Nancy, I'm sure. But the interview was swill.

    Ah, so that was you! I was sorely tempted, as they are stunning basses and it looked a great price - though I think the seller was tinkering with it throughout the listing, I think what you paid is spot on and a real bargain for how good these are. Mine does the bulk of my live playing. It's soooo light, very comfortable to play, and makes an almighty noise. Congratulations!
