I prefer the seller to state what he or she is looking for. However, if they don't then a bit of homework will usually give you a fair idea of value which you can then PM. The seller either accepts it or not. I would doubt if a seller looking for an inflated price sells their goods especially in the current climate.

And then when the guitar suppliers go out of business we can go down to B&Q to buy all our accessories.

I think that you have to compare like with like. Is the B&Q acrylic; a) available. b)the correct thickness. c) as good a quality. Until these questions are answered then the thread is really a waste of time.

Before you get excited it may be worth checking if they are still available. These basses have been on that site for a considerable period of time.
