1.
What's 8" x 9" x 2" weighs just over 2lbs, and theows out 300 watts at 4 ohms ?. See above for the answer. I've been using it at home to power my G-force, I love reverb and chorusy sounds. The G-force is plugged into the effects return, my bass plugged into the G-force. Like this it sounds unreal, not unlike the Bergantino IP cab that I used to have, but better much better.
Sounds great . Forgive my ignorance but what is a G-Force?
2. I'd love this head - it looks like me, big, heavy and simple ...and er...loud.
3. This is a fantastic bass - great build quality & playability and a superb tone.
4.
Love that flamed maple, red stain Euro! Stunning Is that the one you installed the ACG pre into? Rich.
Yeh that's the one Rich.
5.
Have you been in what used to be sound control in preston recently Al? Theyve got some cracking basses in there, a load od sandbergs and a beautifull 70's RI Jazz that i very almost put money down for. I had to run out the shop! Lovely Lot youve got there!
Have to have a butcher's Ste
6. Thanks Jon - wish I'd moved the bloody plant first though
7.
Great pics Can't go wrong with a bit of trans red. I take it the ACG pre has made a difference.
Yeh - it's a big improvement over the Tone Pump - the bass still sounds like a Euro but does an awful lot more besides now. I don't know if I'll keep it cos it's fairly heavy and I have a shoulder problem that won't go away
8. Thanks Matt - it'll look even better when I put black hardware on it
9. ...a couple more of the LX/ACG
10. I woke up to some decent light this morning so I whipped it out and snapped a few of my gleesome threesome. Spector Euro LX5 / ACG02 preamp Spector Rebop 5FM DLX Pimptastic Mexican P A shaky one of the Euro but it's the only one I've got that shows the flame off accurately Do I make you horny baby...do I? Finally my rig...
11. Passives? You must mean the pups - which are passive and as for ash, the body is alder.
12.
After a fair amount of selling and saving I've finally cracked it. Lightweight and wicked.
My word Dave - that's a proper rig So pleased for you.
13.
p/x entertaiined at equiv 'off new' value (or better ).
Help a dumb sassanach will ya - what does this mean? Lovely rig BTW.

15. Sorry to hear about your plight - I'd love to buy 'em all - nice basses.
16.
I'll see if I can drum at some support at Uni Al Peter
It'll be a great night Pedro, come down and stay - there's spare beds and a vegetarian option for brekkie
17. The best soul band in the North West is doing a farewell gig at The Rose & Crown Leyland on Sat 14th March. It'll be a wild night - always a great gig there. Be good to see anyone at our last public gig
18. mmm...that tube one looks interesting Probably gonna be expensive methinks...
19. I've owned both and there is a big difference IMHO. That said, I'd rather have two Skylines than one USA. For a bit of light relief, here's the one's I've owned in pornographic form...(no prizes for guessing which is the USA one)
20. There's plenty of basses passing through here at the mo - and I'm looking at some nice Jazz 5 Deluxes but I'd have to sell something first and that ain't easy at the moment. Who knows I might treat myself after my holiday, I'm in 3 bands so I think I can justify another sortee into the market.
21.
My RS4 59Burst is light as a feather.....
Easy ..erm...to lift then
22.
If that means you're moving on that 212 with the funky wheels you should keep me on standby.
It's a maybe - I may need something physically a bit smaller. You'll be the first to know
23. Ah - just curious s'all
24. I'm interested in these - a coupla questions if you don't mind...how long to wait for them and do they feel rugged enough for life on the road? (I'm not really a fan of that kind of finish but I'm willing to be swayed.
