    Decided to move on my Chris Wolstenholme 4 string with Blue LEDS. I’m using my Dingwall much more and the CW is too nice to be sat in its case. Great condition barre a small mark (shown in the pics) from its previous owner. It’s from 2020 and has strap locks fitted and the Status hardcase. I’ve used it maybe 10 hours in rehearsal and 1 gig. Currently setup for CGCF. I paid a fair whack for it before so would like to get my money back. Yeah I know, it’s a fair amount. Based in Aberdeen, Scotland. If you’re near I’m happy to meet somewhere. This would be preferred tbh! Happy to box it up and look at shipping, though with insurance - might be rough. £4,300

    Ohh reading it just now. 70% lighter and made of ABS vs the aluminium? I’m tempted to order. Only concern is that cable. I’ve moved to Dingwalls and not sure how it would sit with the cable input being where it is. Probs would need to point towards me, or towards audience. The design they seem to have had first would have been awesome.

    I’d love to use my backbeat more, but the fear of the thing swinging and battering the bass filled me with constant fear! Not to mention trying to remember which was in and which was out!

    Howdy, My guitarist has decided he wants to try Fractal (again) so is looking to sell his QC. Comes with the box and power adaptor. Also has a secondary PSU he recently purchased plus a gear by ceba protector. Both of us used QC’s live and got a fair amount of compliments on sound. Very easy to dial tones IMO. based in Aberdeen, but can ship.

    I had ordered the same ones a wee while back. I genuinely thought that I’d lost them, but now I suspect they arrived the same and I’ve chucked them with old strings. New strings are all together (in packaging!).

    Strangely, Bass direct! It was 3 x payson 170s. I’m guessing that they are the 170s as they’re bloody massive but just seemed odd that they were coiled up on their own. Not even a delivery note.

    Hi folks, I’ve received some strings that I ordered today, however they arrived with no packaging at all with the exception of the envelope. is this normal nowadays? I’ve never had strings arrive without saying what they were! I intended to keep them in my case, but it’s not likely to happen with them loose (unless I fire into another envelope!)

    Hey hey, changing things up so this is surplus at the mo. insanely light, insanely loud! Great sounding bass head. comes with the additional rack lugs for it! Lived in a rack since I got it! based in Aberdeen, can look at shipping. I’m also down in Glasgow on the 23rd!

    Hi folks, I’ve decided that the Quad Cortex is a bit much for what I’m needing so I’m changing things up! i’ll get photos tomorrow! it’s got a protector (gear by ceba) on the pedal side (and some mushroom toppers. Easy removed) and the official NDSP case and psu. Fantastic tool for all your bass, guitar needs. Works great for recording etc. Bass sound here was the QC! Can ship if needed, but I’ll be down in Glasgow on the 23rd if easier!

    Howdy folks. Is anyone on the hunt for an 2021 (i think) S2 with Chris Wolstenholme pickup configuration. Headless with green wraparound LEDs. I needed a Dingwall and I’m more a headed fan! So keeping both my CWs and selling the S2. Bought last year and looking for what I paid. £4,500 - postage would obviously be more. I’m down in Glasgow at the end of the month (23rd-25th) if that helps. Based in Aberdeen, Scotland (photo taken in a dark room for the LEDs!)

    They asked for videos and recordings at least. But yeah, didn’t expect superb stuff; but hoped Amazon would have replaced but they just punted me to the manufacturer.

    I was gutted. I bought the Lekatos hoping they’d last a few months. Lasted me a few weeks. Started getting drop outs and pops every now and again. Battery was charged, sometimes I wasn’t moving and very minimal wireless signals in the area. Lekato support were sadly quite useless. The sennheiser and shure have been absolutely fine in the same rooms.

    My wife named mine. Generally based on the LED colour. - Status CW red LEDS - Scarlett - status CW blue LEDs - Tally - Status s2 green LEDs - Esmeralda - Dingwall ng2 - Smeg. Because she says it’s the same colour as a fridge. She is not a fan if not obvious. I’ve got my custom jazzray too, “The purple beastie”

    I’m using the Shure reissue - GLXD1+ and it’s been flawless since I got it. I have the sennheiser digital one too - was excellent too. Just the dongle wasn’t what I liked. I should probs sell that to be honest.
