2. Outstanding Celinder Update here at the lowest price I've ever seen.
 3.
Just looked at his other listings and spotted my old 63 refin which I only sold on BassChat a few months ago http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1963-FENDER-PRECISION-BASS-OLYMPIC-WHITE-REFINISH-/181203110851?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item2a308c0bc3
Love how Andy's precisions were made on 5th of the month and his jazzes we're built on the 7th of the month. Fender must have only built bases two days a month back then!
 4. Found myself in London with a bit of time on my my hands, yesterday and in between checking out a few bass shops, called into The Clash Pop-up shop and exhibition in Berwick street. It's not a huge exhibition, though has quite a lot of memorabilia. http://www.berwickstreetlondon.co.uk/news?articleid=38 Couldn't resist a couple of phone pics:
 5.
So you couldn't agree more?
Yep
 6. Wandered into to Wunjo's the guitar shop, yesterday and asked where the bases were. The guy behind the counter then led me to their Bass Centre shop a couple of doors away. I took a deep breath as I entered the old Bass Cellar shop! However, it was all cool as those guys are long gone and Wunjo's have a good shop there now. Didn't stay for too long yesterday, though will be back soon, hopefully that Fender '78 fretless with maple board will still be there.
 7.
I'm sure they're lovely basses, but pointless as a 66 without lollipops, dots and binding IMO.
Couldn't disagree less
 8. Many trade offers received - though just looking for a sale!
 9.
Maybe a trade for a Roscoe LG3000 ? Cheers
Afraid, just looking for a sale on this one P
 10.
I'd like to see things like second-hand strings weeded out beforehand.
Some raffle prize that
 11.
I must not buy a jazz cos I really don't like the thin necks
Hmm, you're not convincing anyone with that line....

 14. Had quite a few trade offers for this bass, though just looking for a sale
 15. I'm a fan of the Italia straps too - and have probably bougth more that I need, because of their two for one offers! Big chunk of quality 4" leather in a colour of your choice, available in two lengths, for not much money - whats not to like
 16. Used to be pretty good on Saturdays and evenings - was my favourite place to park on the single yellows when going out in Camden. However, Camden council have just built big wide cycle lanes on both sides of the road and reduced the parking spaces available quite dramatically. Haven't tried to park there lately.
 17.
Gorgeous! Trade possible?
Thanks! Afraid i'm just looking for a sale on this bass P
 18.
The iMac designers wanted a standard CD player 'slot' so that the CD drive could be upgraded when the forthcoming DVD burners became available. Jobs overruled this because he wanted the iMac case to be sleek and only have a single thin slot for the CD/DVD disc to be inserted (like in car audio systms) instead of what he thought was an ugly extending tray. His decision prevailed and iMacs lost a lot of ground for video editing and other applications because PCs were first with DVD burners.
For the current iMac they dropped the drive completely, saying they couldn't accommodate one with the thin casing. Couldn't help thinking that it was more a case of Apple not wanting people installing their own music and films and trying to force them to buy via iTunes instead
 19. The way I view these things is: Mac = good consumer device. I have a recent high spec'd iMac 27 and I like this for general computer use - listen to music from iTunes or Spotify, view my photos, browse stuff and record a bit on it. PC = business machine Every system I work with runs on pc - none of the system makers would dream of porting their systems to Mac OS. I guess you could say, I earn my income on a pc and spend a bit of it on Mac! Now obviously I could, of course, use a pc to do everything I use the iMac for, though the way I do things suits me.
