  1. Try the T.bone MB85 which is a decent copy of the classic Shure 58 and a good value for money. I use it for backing vocals on rare occasions and I have blind tested it with an original 58, the one that our singer uses, and you couldn't tell a difference.
  2. The hematoma is on its way to me from the states! Once it arrives I will post some first impressions and a couple of clips.
  3. Nice!! Will you do the finish by yourself? If so can you post some details about the procedure you are gonna follow?

Or get your pre-order now for April (not that long to wait really) as I bet they'll sell out pretty quick.[/quote] How much did you pay for it? There is one on ebay right now but it is already $130 and has 5 hours left
  5. Last time I checked on ebay there was one 100% original 68 coronado bass for $1099 buy it know on Olivias Vintage. I email them asking how come it is so cheap and they replied telling me it is actually a rubbish bass which very few people are willing to buy!
  6. I used to rest my finger on the bridge pickup but I've cut my self once in the nickel cover during a gig.

  12. I am looking for a combo too. There are some online stores who have some last quantities of Ampeg b200r US made. I was wondering if it worths the money?
  13. I guess it is a matter of what cuts the mustard in your band. I gig regularly with a garage rockabilly band and my rick fits perfectly.

  16. Yeah you can have a 12 String Guitar, One with 12-52 strings Tuned in C, one with 11-48 tuned in D, one with 10-46 tuned normally and one fretless with flatwounds. Of course you need a months salary and a months time to change strings
