Let's not forget, they've done nowt wrong. Anything they do to help you is out of courtesy because you didn't do what you were supposed to do.

If you're going to tarnish a brand's reputation, it's only fair to back it up with facts, i.e. publish their exact reponse. It's nice that they're helping you now, but to be fair they shouldn't have to.
