The 'I Want You Back' bassline, like a lot of great basslines, works all on its own without the rest of the music; it's a tune in itself.

I'd say that the Elecord is just another acoustic bass guitar. The B10/TB10 is more like a miniature strap it on double bass, both in feel and sound, and less like a bass guitar.
