Yes, I can endorse what others have said about these basses. The necks are wonderfully playable and the range of tones is all that you would ever need. It's a shame they called it a 'Basic' as it's anything but that and they are very underrated instruments. I paid nearly £1,000 for mine new but, sadly, pre-owned prices just don't reflect that. Good luck with the sale!

I have a flight case from Thomann that's made specially for the Yamaha MG12/12XU Mixing Desk. It's surplus to requirements as the band has upgraded to the 16 Channel desk and that doesn't fit in the case. It's in perfect condition. Bump for the New Year

This used to be my bass that I bought new from Overwater and traded on this website. I often wish I'd kept it as it was such a beautiful instrument both playability-wise and for tone. I'm glad to see it's been well looked after as the fit and finish on it are amazing. I wish I had the money to buy it back so good luck with the sale.

This combination makes for a super rig and it's easily portable. The ceramic drivers give that old school vibe in buckets. At this money it's an absolute steal! GLWTS.

I've just fitted a new set of D'Addario Chromes and she sounds lovely. Price reduced to £1,000 but that's definitely as low as I can go. If no one wants it at this price it's going back under the bed for a few more years Treat yourself to a brilliant Xmas present!

Yes, I'm surprised, too. Can't really go much lower on price than I already have as I'd rather keep it as an investment than let it go for silly money. I was just trying to 'thin the herd' a bit and didn't know where to start.
