  1. Thanks. Yes they are great cabs and would cost £1200 or thereabouts to buy new. It's a real bargain buy to start your 2018!
  2. I was keeping this to use in a new band but the whole thing's toast so I can't justify keeping it. I'll stick with my VK112s. It really is a superb cab and I'll be sorry to see it go but I have to be realistic. I bought this new from The Gallery about a year ago and It's only done a handful of gigs since then. As such it's in brand new condition and comes with the VK padded cover that has always kept it safe. Ideally would like a straight sale but would consider a trade for a couple of Vanderkley 112MNT cabs. Not able to post this due to size but would be happy to meet up within a 50 mile radius of Leeds. The official details are as follows. Model: 410LNT neolite Configuration: 4x10” Neodymium drivers + tweeter Power: 1200 Watts AES* *2 Hours test according to AES 2-1984 Rev. 2003 Impedance: 4 Ohm Freq. response: 40 Hz – 16 kHz Sensitivity: 103 dB 1W @ 1m Dimensions: H x W x D, 59 x 59 x 41 cm Weight: 24 Kg / 52 lbs Link to the VK website is http://www.vanderkleyamp.nl/products/cabinets/410lnt/
  3. Thanks Tubster. Any idea of value and where would be best to sell?

  5. That's exactly what I've been doing. I use the VKs with a Genz Benz Streamliner 900 and that's a brilliant amp that makes a super light weight rig. Let me know when you want to pop round and I'll stick the kettle on.
  6. Hi Pete. Good to hear from you. Hope you are well. As you know I really like Aguilar equipment and it does sound great. The GS cabs take a lot of beating. I wouldn't have sold mine were it not for the fact they only have one handle and I have two knackered shoulders. As a result the temptation to try to lift one in each hand at the end of the night and swing it into the back of my car is just too great and I ended up doing myself further damage. The VKs are a lot lighter and have two handles and that makes lifting them a lot easier. Sound-wise, I guess if I shut my eyes I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference quite honestly. It's strange how the mind plays tricks on the ears and imagines things that aren't there. If you would like to try them out (and I also have a VK410LNT) you're always welcome to pop round and I'll stick the kettle on. All the best Pete
  7. Great cabs these. I have two and use them as a stack. Very light and beautiful tone. Good luck with the sale.

  9. Hi Alex Thanks for getting back to me. I can't find any examples on Basschat but I'll give ebay a shot. I'll also look on the Traynor website to see if there's any info there. I didn't realise it was only a 20 watt output. No wonder it was too quiet for gigging purposes! Thanks again and best regards
  10. Does anyone know anything about the Traynor Bass Mate YBA-2B combo? A friend of mine has one in good working order. He is looking to perhaps sell it but needs some idea of value. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  11. Hi Pete. I think it's under "Profile" down the left hand side.
  12. Thanks Kev. I wouldn't have had any idea how to find it as my searches came up with absolutely nothing. Hope you manage to get the search facility back up and running soon. Like the new site. Keep up the good work rooting out the gremlins! Kind regards Pete
  13. I've lost all my feedback, too. It was there a week or so ago but now has gone completely. I've bought and sold lots of stuff over the years and always paid my subscription but now it makes me look like I'm not to be trusted!!!!!! Help please!
  14. Can't see any pics unfortunately. Have they been lost in the changeover to the new site?
  15. Just bought a Genz Benz Streamliner 900 from Dan.Great comms, amp arrived really well-packed by overnight, insured service and just as described. A real credit to Basschat. You can deal with Dan with absolute confidence. Thanks Dan.
  16. Thanks Ped. A yellow post-it should certainly help.
  17. I re-entered my location after the switch over to the new format. I hope others do the same as it makes possible purchases and sales that much easier. Like the new site though.
