    Little Mark II or III. Great heads, can be picked up for under £300 on the second hand market.

    Does anyone know of a decent rehearsal room in these areas? Starting a new project with members scattered about so trying to find a central location.

    I never expect a bass to have a perfect set-up out of the box, regardless of value. The only time I would expect that is purchased directly from a luthier.

    Asked the same question recently and I went for the Nordstrand NP4. Fantastic pickup.

    If you like NYXLs, Dunlop Super Brights, SIT Foundations and DR Pure Blues are all very similar. They're all smoother than NYXLs in my opinion.

    No difference in sound between BBOT and Hi Mass in my opinion. The difference is Hi Mass offers better intonation, hence better tuning and sustain.

    MKII has become my low gain pedal of choice. Just does it so well.

    Add that to Russian, Chinese, N Korean... just buy Super Brights dude and don't get caught up in social media hype.

    You would probably enjoy GHS Pressurewounds light gauge also.

    Has been my power supply since 2010 and still going strong. It doesn't get much better than this.

    I'm looking at getting a TC MojoMojo (anyone selling?) and would like to get an idea of how big the gain jump is from the Spark Booster to the Mojo. TLDR: How much more gain does the Mojo have over the Spark Booster?
