1. I had the chance to give this a quick play the other day and I must say it felt lovely. And not at all heavy for anyone with a troublesome back! Nice bass. Very nice bass!
2.
Sorry Andy, someone's already beaten you to it, only just had a chance to update the thread. If for whatever reason the sale doesn't go through I'll give you a shout mate. Both looper and Ultimate Octave now sold payment pending.
Oh I forgot about this one! Happy that you sold it buddy, and thanks for letting me know! Thanks again.
3. Bright onion £30 posted. Payment by PayPal. I don't do gift though... If this is cool we have a deal!
4. Just a black box for me.. And I waited. Honestly I did.
5. I acquired a Pedaltrain 3 from Mike. It was a very smooth transaction. Great comms, and the package arrive quickly, ...and in great shape! Great doing business with you buddy! All the best.
6. Is this a hard flight case? I might be interested if so. Pm me with photo if poss!
7. Oh my That's a tremendous bass! Right up my street! Once Xmas is out of the way I'll look at my finances and make you an offer. If its still around that is... Which I can't imagine! Good luck with the sale, and if it doesn't sell, I'll be back with you!
8.
UP!
Sorry! Mark it as sold. The cash should be with you before you see this
9. Pleasant guy to deal with. Deal went down a treat. Nuff said. Andy
10.
At 21 seconds before the end of the auction, it's unlikely he was using a snipe tool. More likely he just left it to the last minute before hitting the bid button.
It's the way I bid on eBay.. I leave it until 5 seconds or less to push the confirm button and always have the best amount I'm prepared to pay... Then I either get it at, or below the maximum price I was happy to pay, ....or someone else was prepared to pay more. Then I have no regrets, win or loose. The difficult part is being honest with yourself about the amount you want to pay... If you think you would have gone higher after you see the final bid, it means you weren't honest with yourself... Edit: Don't be tempted to be all noble and put in your honest highest price earlier than the last few seconds. If you do you'll just drive the price up earlier and probably not win. eBay is only worth using when there's a bargain to be had IMHO, so for me it's the only way to buy at a bargain price. Most things will appear again, or if it's something quite rare, which you *really* want, then your max price has to reflect how much you want it.
11.
My just acquired Hyperbass. I love it! So flexible, and such a great sound!
That does look nice... I hope my six string lives up to my expectations now!
12. You are the most interesting person I've done a deal with so far buddy... You've done most of the things I never got round to in my life! I could have sat and chatted with you all day... As is usual on the basschat forums, the people I have dealt with have been the the most amazing people and I feel we are all brothers in interests! it was just totally amazing to meet you. I'll do my usual deal and say if you are unsatisfied with anything about the bass let me know and I'll do whatever it takes to make things cool. Andy

14.
One day I will own a Hyperbass. A 4 string only though! Couldn't cope with that wonderful monster!
And now you do!
15. Another cracking bass! Beautiful.
16. I followed the links, but I can't find anywhere where it tells you the frequency range of that cab. Does it go low? Like lower than 45?

18. OK mine has sold. As soon as I have the cash, I'll be able to make a deal on this. Speak real soon buddy!
19. sold pending. It *is* crazy cheap Especially when you consider the import duty on these is more than many of the basses for sale! The only reason there's 2 for sale is that the first one (the 6 string on here) was the trigger for me selling this one. I'm selling this to fund buying that one.
20. PS It looks very orangey in my pics... it's actually more like the colour in the Manring clip above. Rubbish iPhone pics.
21. Hi This is one of only 2 hyperbass in the UK to my knowledge. I own the other one too... Satin finish (feels great in the hands) 4 d-tuners, standard NON-d-tunable bridge currently strung with regular bass strings (light gauge) EADG, rather than the Piccolo strings which you can hear in the Manring clip below. I would like to sell this in order to buy the 6 string hyperbass for sale here. If that is withdrawn or sells, I will end this sale. I don't really want to part with it, but I want that 6, in a terrible bout of gas... Price will be firm SOLD inc insured delivery, case/case-candy and provenance. Hardly used. Mint condition apart from a few greasy fingerprints. I'm not going to post links of my pitiful attempts as sound clips, so here's the way it *should* and can sound. PM if interested. (Please, no tyre-kickers or timewasters)
22.
I've always found it ironic that someone whose initials are "J/J" is most famous for playing a "P"...
Hah hah Well observed. I never even gave it a thought! Brill.
