1. No problems Alex, I appreciate and understand you are a busy person, it's the excited purchaser syndrome, having sold equipment and having money to purchase, the momentum and anticipation carries you away. My thread is not one to knock, but to enquire if there was another way to contact you, so please don't take it the wrong way, never my intention to cause any fuss. Regards Ade :-)
It's all too easy to spend all my time replying to emails when cabs need designing/building so although I read most of them almost instantly I tend to reply in bursts. Some replies take longer than others depending on how obvious the answer is! I'm planning to get one of our employees trained up but if you've been through the Barefaced sales process you'll know that it there's quite a bit of expertise required to match customer to product...
2. Noo, I don't have an issue, was just seeing if there was another way to contact Alex thats all. I have also sent him a message on here. Hopefully get the order underway. Ade :-)
What they said - whatever minor frustrations there may be getting in contact with Alex the product is so good it is not even worth considering as an issue. quick edit - mine took 8 weeks - problems with plywood etc delayed it by a month.
3. Many thanks for your responses guys. In your experience how lomg does a cab take from point of order to delivery. Don't worry I won't hold you to it. Ade :-)
 4. Hi, I sent Barefaced Cabs an order enquiry using their online contact form and haven't heard back from them. As I hadn't heard back from them I thought i would give them a call, but they don't seem to have a contact telephone number on their website. Can anyone help me please? ade :-)
 5. It's absolutely excellent for bass, 3 synth engines in one, filters are good, whole lots of sonic possibilities all of which can be saved as a patch. It's very hands on, and layout wise it's all you would expect from vintage synths. Very light, and it comes with a dedicated Gaia case. You might find sound files on the Roland site. Reason I bought it was because I used to have many analogue synths when I was younger, and to me this was a very good analogue emulated synth in both layout, format and sound. I got it for a project, but the project collapsed, so was only used a few times over that period and never left my studio. Hope this helps. Ade :-)
Whats this like for basses? trying to replace my old moog with something a little less heavy

Whats this like for basses? trying to replace my old moog with something a little less heavy
I bought this for a project band I was with inbetween bands, so was only used over a 3 month period and has always been stored in a dedicated Roland Gaia gig case. All in all been used very lightly. This synth in my opinion is Roland's finest analogue emulated synth to date, very hands on, lots of sliders and knobs all of which emulate the great roland analogue synthesis of the past. The Synth retails at £509 plus delivery and the dedicated case retails at £90. 11. For Sale or Trade is my Mesa Walkabout Scout Combo 12" 4ohm version. This is a custom order in a lovely green with beige leather corners and handle and a lovely cream front grill which to the touch feels like wicker, but I haven't seen this style on the mesa site. I bought this off of this site approximately 6 - 8 months ago, and the build and sound quality is great. These are fantastic combo's and don't hang about for long on the 2nd hand market. Mine is in lovely condition, the pics were taken with my iphone so doesn't do it the justice it deserves, even so you can tell how clean it is. reason for sale is, having recently tried some Genz Benz kit, I really would like to change as the genz benz kit paired really well with my kubicki bass and playing style. Here is a link to mesa: http://www.mesaboogie.com/Product_Info/Bas...t/WalkScout.htm Price wise I paid £800 so will price to sell att: £750 Collected or £775 inc p & p. 14. ditto, bought one about a month ago, and its a great pedal, distortion is great live or recorded, doesn't lose bottom end, plus true bypass as well. Great value imho :-)
Just got hold of the non-pro version of this. They're very fun pedals indeed!
