1.
Hi Chris, It's well worth checking out as it is an excellent valve compressor/limiter. Here is a review: 10/10 Excellent — James Kimber October 14, 2007 This is a great piece of gear to have in your studio. The compressor is probably the most important piece of outboard gear after the reverb unit. Vocals sound a lot better after compression and it allows you to get a much better recorded drum sound. The noise gate gives a tighter bass guitar sound with more punch and is great for cutting out low level noise when not playing. The tube composer has all the usual features of a normal compressor with the added bonus of the valves. I always keep the warmth control on full as it really improves the quality of the sound especially on vocals. The meters are also better than other compressors on the market. They are easy to see from a distance and are also switchable to show either input, output or gain reduction. The dials are all click stopped for more precision. The tube composer runs quietly and is well built. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great compressor for a great price.
And another :-) This is a great 4 in 1 device The first pass is a noise reduction set with threshold and ratio, this can actively reduce the noise floor from ground hums, noisy strats, background noise from AC etc etc. that works very well and makes sure you dont accentuate that noise floor when you up the db from the compressor output. Then the next phase it goes through is the Compressor, all the settings you would expect to see there are present. Also the ability to see in out levels on the meter and gain reduction is handy. The dials have click stops for greater accuracy especially when matching the levels on the stereo image. Then it can pass through a limiter, but this is rarely used, but handy for live applications or mastering, then it can go through Class A circuitry with a couple of juicy 12ax7A Valves mmmmmm valves. I must say that the tube saturation is not as noticeable as I had imagined but still gives a lovely sparkle that your pre-amp won't get close to. highly recommended, excellent build quality (let's face it that's probably a first for Behringer) but they have truly succeeded here with a great product. Buy it, this stands up against the Avalon products, seriously well done Behringer. www.simonwood.biz

 3. Hi Chris, I have aBehringer 2-Channel Valve/Tube Compressor/Limiter T1952 To trade with cash your way if your interested. Regards Ade
Bought this for my Walkabout head which was spending a lot of time out of the combo and getting knocked around a bit. Not cheap hence the price, which, trust me, is somewhat less than I paid! Trade-wise, I'm interested in studio gear at the moment. 8. Hi all, Just wondering on the off chance whether there are any basschat members that live in or near Twickenham that travel the M4 corridor south west. I live in Bristol, but can meet on/off M4 route. I have an old car so don't want to really risk the whole journey. I have the opportunity of purchasing a combo, but the seller won't deliver, so wanted to see if there was anyone who may be able to help, would be much appreciated. Regards ade :-)
 9. I am definately interested in it, and can collect if jamie or joe can't sort. Ade :-) 07970 719252

 15.
Up for sale or trade is my beloved ebs hd350 head (in an official ebs case with ventilation 1u spacing) and my neo 212 cab both of which are in excellent condition with no marks or scratches. You can buy the whole rig for £800 or if seperated the head with ebs rack for £400 and the cab for £400. Would also consider trading some or part of kit for orange kit i.e. orange head and also orange cab etc. Collection prefered, but also happy to deliver or meet within a reasonable distance am also happy to package if you want to arrange courier. I live in Bristol. First to see and try will buy this is a lovely rig in lovely condition. 16. Bump. I cannot express more that this rig is in excellent condition, and with the amp sat in an official ebs case it matches the cab perfectly and the amp is mint condition. Surely worth what Ime asking. :-)
