I watched the vid last night. I really don't understand the mindset of people who question why you dress or look a certain way. I can sort of understand why they query the way you play or the fact that you are a girl - they are dinosaurs. Keep on being you.

Various members of Iron Maiden wear their t-shirts on stage. I think it's fine if it's only one or two band members. If it's the whole band, maybe a bit naff.

I had this one time after eating some... let's call them enhanced biscuits. I had been in the pub with friends, then left to get the train home. I was talking to the guard in the station, but felt like I was above and behind myself. I was trying to tell myself to stop talking because I was 5alking the biggest pile of nonsense.

When you are onstage, you are playing a part, rather than exposing yourself (not like that, unless you are Iggy Pop or a Red Hot Chilli Pepper).

My dad rode a 250. I had a mate who was only on his provisional licence and bought a 250, but later found out that someone had put a 400 engine in it and he was riding around illegally. 😆

For years I actually thought it was Neil Young singing it. I can't stand his voice, so consequently hate Horse With No Name.

I couldn't honestly tell you how it goes. I just can't get past the horrible vocals. As soon as I hear it I have to leave the room or turn it off. I may as well add that I do the same with "You'll Never Walk Alone", but just for different reasons. 😄

Place Your Hands by Reef. That song could drive me to murder. The way the singer mangles his vowels. He sounds like he has a mouthful of rubber bands.

I have an odd fondness for it, but only because I heard a band, in a bar, in Barcelona playing it, only, with the Catalan accent, it sound like Mooostangh Sallee. I found that very amusing

Anything by Robbie Williams, especially "Angels" "Let Me Entertain You". Rubbish music, dreadful lyrics, crap singer. "Zombie" by The Cranberries. Tedious and boring to play.

Yep, I think we paid somewhere in and around that for our wedding band nearly 15 years ago. My guitar tutor also plays in a band but teaches as the main job.

Many years ago, I bumped into an old school friend who played bass. When he found out that I also played, he insisted on lending me a "Learn to Play Slap Bass" book, despite me not expressing any interest in playing slap. Shortly after that, I ended up moving and lost contact with him. I still have the book and think I only ever tried to play slap once.

I think I know the band you are talking about. I saw Slash playing in the Royal Oak last week and Axl is our local Amazon delivery driver. 😄
