sold

The bass that started the bass renaissance, all those years ago.
3. f*** em. And all the bullshit that has ever surrounded them.
4. I have a special order U Retro, lefty version in my KGB bass, a J Retro, in my Jazz and I had an East/ACG pre in my old ACG bass. In my opinion, there is no better.
5.
Jonas Hellborg
I loved that.
6.
I had one until recently, A B2ADB, it had massive low end, and a very good overall tone. You can hear it on this http://soundcloud.co...1-master-21-may
Very nice.
7.
Spirit was sh*t, but the Hohners have great tone, both the paddles and the Jacks. I've had a bunch of them too.
I've just bagged a lefty B2A, amazing quality and the tone is better than my Status S2, IMO.
8. Look who desinged the pups. http://cataldobasses.com/
9. Would like to hear that live. I use a QSC PLX 3102 amp, with either an Ampeg SVTIIP, or an Aguilar DB680. I use to have an Avalon, great pre. Very interested in the ENGL pre.
10. My favourite colour. I'm renovating an Ibanez Blazer, in this colour, all original. Alas, it is right handed and I am left handed. I'll make her sweet, sell her on and then I'll be spraying my P bass in Sonic Blue.

What a way to start your career.
12. I think it would be A not D.
13. Mark was the reason I started bass, him and JJ Burnel, Geddy, Chris Squire, Lemmy and obviously Macca.
14. Is the wiring in good order? May not have to get rid of the pup.
15. Did you tap the pole pieces with a screwdriver? I use 100-45 DR LoRiders on my 1980 Stingray.
16. It's called wear and tear and looks quite nice. It shows the bass is being used and that can only be a good thing.
17. Nah, only joking, I can't stand them. And the singer, with his tatts, w***er. I totally stand by Outkast, though.
18. Move Like Jagger is f***ing quality. Superb piece of pop. But this is my favourite pop song of all time..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWgvGjAhvIw

20. Maybe a bit of shill bidding going on second time around?... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&item=120909823350&nma=true&rt=nc&si=DrcSzytb3Ir5PEH4%252BcGONplv8BI%253D&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
21.
I'm quite tempted to look for a Jazz to go with it!!
Do it.
22. That is lovely. I have a Jap 62 Jazz bass. Ordered from Japan, arrived in 3 days!! The necks are easily better than the American models. A real cracker you have there.
23.
Despite being backwards, probably one of the most tasteful headless basses I've seen
Thanks, man.
24. [sharedmedia=core:attachments:78928] Mine...uncool.
