1. Buy it, you Geordie swashbuckler you.
2. Never had a problem with them, because I've never used them, as I won't use strings that cost that much.
3. Need strings that don't run out of maximum outer winding thickness before they reach the nut slot, E string. Arrrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!!!!!
4. A ha!, I knew it. Nice one Cyril.

7. I own said rig, all be it with a QSC amp. I'll say this though, I still hanker after the first rush that playing through and SVT and 8x10 cab gave me. P.S. I've swapped out the Aguilar for an Ampeg SVT IIP, still got the Aggie though, going no where.
8. I bought his "Beginners Bass Book", with cassette. Which I promptly chucked in the corner of my room 'cause I 'ated all those f***in' musos. Years later, I dug it out and started to teach myself some theory.
9.
Ina good way or a bad way?? Am very intruiged now so will have to go and seek this book out..
You will have to read it. The whole process of recording "The Wall" was excruciating, as was the tour.
10.
I worked for Keith Bennion for 4 years. That's a sh*tty bass.
Hi guys, let me clear this up. I didn't work for Keith in 1989 but I can honestly tell you that any conversions done by KGB will be excellent. When I said it's a sh*tty bass, I was refering to the shape and appearence, as I tried a V bass and it was the most uncomfortable bass I've ever played. Steve.
11.
The mutes have gone from my ray, but they are still on my sabre and I reckon the old black and decker flat sander had an adhesive pad made of charcoal coloured sponge of around the same density that had a self adhesive back on it and I had a strip of it to use as replacment damper pads, guess what..I cant find it, i'll go for another look and send you a strip if I can find it.
That's very thoughtful of you Sir.
12. Last time I saw Adam, he was playing a black, ebony fretless..... oh hang on, that must have been Niomi Campbell.
13. That's a great tone for a pop record, my wife loves Paul King, oh well. To be totally honest, this bass has the best sound I've ever heard. And it plays like an angel. And it's sunburst.
14. I worked for Keith Bennion for 4 years. That's a sh*tty bass.
15. I played (fumbled around on) this bass last week, it's a beauty, loads of nice growly tones.
16. Martin, read it, it's facinating, you won't be disappointed. You will think so differently of Roger Waters after reading it.
17. I have been more worried if Stevie had of been driving the limo.

21. Good God, look at those new photos, it's like an high end Audio Research hi-fi amp.
22. Hi Chris, my 90's Jap Jazz is a beaut but I've tried the new American Jazz basses and they are great. But, I still lust after a 70's Jazz, as I doubt I'll be able to aford a 60's bass. I think you should get a 70's P bass.
