    Vintage and naturally relic'ed Hiwatt cab. Speakers are in good condition, dating back to 68-69. I plugged it in to my bass amp and all the speakers work equally and sound good. Everything seems original - serial number plate long gone. The price is based on vintage gear specialist from Denmark Street Guitars in London - he said it's ''worth'' around 1300-1500 depending on the customer. So, I guess it's a bargain :-) Please let me know if you need more photos. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Can deliver within a reasonable distance from Southsea. Could trade for something nice bass related. I don't know about the value while trading - PM me with ideas.

And I am very happy with the outcome, but I can't keep it just to look at it. I find myself reaching for Precisions more often. 48th Street was a first American ESP Custom Shop. They've been putting together world class instruments named 48th St. Custom using (Made in Japan) ESP parts. These instruments are becoming very rare. The quality of this instrument is fantastic. The body is a 5 piece Swamp Ash, Canadian Hard Maple on the neck with very beautiful Rosewood fret board. Japanese pickups from the 80's, hi-mass bridge, strung with brand new DR Hi Beams (45-105).     I really like the solo on "Hells Bells" from AC/DC's Back in Black album. The official video is too cool when Angus fixes his cap. Also the simplicity of the guitar solo on "Rawhide" by The Blues Brothers was catching my attention since I can remember.

    Nik, when we talked before, you said that it would be cool to get somebody to give a bass lesson. Is that still an idea? I think that would be great. I can only imagine how hard it will be to find a subject fitting all the needs :-)
