1. Best place to start really is the Talkbass Wiki there are hundreds of distortion sound samples in there.
2.
The ae is a lot lighter to be fair. Personally I wouldnt enjoy moving an hs around on my own, the ae is manageable for me though. They are otherwise very similar, and it should be noted that they are very very small for a 410, but just dont sound it at all!
I can lift the HS around no problem, you want a heavy 4x10 you try my Matamp
3. It won't replace my OIL board, might use it in addition to it maybe but it's more going to be the other things boards. But we'll see
4. I'd like one of the MIDI leads 3m. Standard type with moulded connectors. Let me know how much with postage. Cheers
5. I'm selling mine in the Misc for Sale Forum. Never had a problem with the velcro coming off and I've owned PT 1, 2 x PT Pro's, 2 x PT Mini's, 2x PT Jr's. The only pedals I';ve ever had a problem with were Digitech single stomps they have this rubber pad on the bottom and velcro just won't stick to it, you can of course peal it off though They are by far the best pedalboards available today. Even though I'm selling mine 'll still have a hardcase Pt Jr and a Pt Mini knocking about
6. Go on you know you want it
7.
whats the hyperpak like as just a volume boost?
It can do that, It can get completely clean and I think it's got about 15db of gain/boost
8.
Check out the For Sale section here on Basschat. Where (by an amazing co-incidence) you'll find my BOSS ODB-1 pedal ...
and a crap load of my effects as well
9. XXL Bass SOLD
10. We'll see once you have the money, remember these things are large so costly to post.
11.
Any clips Tayste? I'm thinking it's a bit too big for my board, but some nothing gets a GAS fire going like some decent soundclips!
So have the clips tempted you?
12. Had this for a while now and I'm just not using it so I might as well get rid of it. When I got it I was told it was retubed about 12-18 months ago with Mullard tubes. It sounds fine to my ears, but as stated not really used it, I'm just using my Mesa Boogie 400+ all the time or my other tube amps. Looking for offers around £750 I might be interested in part ex's depends what you've got. Cheers
13. In part of my massive down sizing I will no longer need this. great condition, bit dusty Looking for £65. Cheers
14. I saw it, very good performance and tone
15. Having played the Candy Copper one I can say it is just a stunning instrument, possibly the best Jazz I've ever tried. It would be my first choice if I was looking for a Sadowsky and wanted a better instrument, yeah I said it you heard me. I wish I could afford it.
16. My urine tracks better than the SYB5 The FM4 is good on bass it's not quite as organic as this that and the other but it certainly doesn't sound digital. Depends what you want to do with, it's not exactly what I would call a synth like the Deep Impact or G5
17. Thanks. It's just to much for me I barely use it and am thinking of getting a Pod Pro XT which will function as an audio interface
18. Pics and soundclips added. FYI the volume on the Mesa was at 9 o clock it can get hella loud, from when you hear it click on it doesn't click off so it shows how it cleans up as well. The Dod is just a beast
19. Not at the moment I'm afraid, need cash. Cheers
20. Mint condition, barely used since I got it, but it is a bit step up in the sound quality over my M-Audio Mobile USBPre. I don't see myself using it much in the future so might as well get rid. Comes with both, drive cd, 4 pin and 6 pin firewire cables and mains adaptor. Sample rates: from 32kHz to 96kHz, plus 192kHz playback only to output channels 1/2 and headphones. Analogue inputs: two, balanced XLR with switchable global +48V phantom power, or unbalanced TS quarter-inch jack instrument, both using mic preamp with up to 66dB gain plus optional 20dB pad, or unbalanced line-level TS jack at fixed -10dBV sensitivity. Analogue outputs: eight unbalanced TS quarter-inch jacks at -10dBV level (can directly drive up to 7.1 surround), two headphone outputs with individual level controls. Digital I/O: S/PDIF in and out on phono co-axial and Toslink optical supporting AC3 and DTS formats. MIDI: In and Out. Connection to computer: two six-pin Firewire ports. Frequency response: 20Hz to 40kHz, +0/-1dB. Signal-to-noise ratio: -104dB Dynamic range: 108dBA THD + noise: 0.00281% at 0dBFS. Dimensions: 9.25 x 7 x 1.9 inches. Weight: 2.95lbs. You can read more about it here http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/mar04/articles/maudio410.htm £120 I'd maybe take part ex's on more basic audio interfaces, usb, single channel etc. But I am looking for cash mostly. Cheers
